Furry Friends has a Petbarn Store Guide to assist Petbarn staff with the Furry Friends processes and contacts. A copy of the guide can be found here.

From time to time the guide may be updated. Should there be any significant changes the store manager will be notified directly. 

If you would to discuss any issues or require training please contact your nominated Foster Carer Cats Coordinator, who will happily answer any questions and provide training if required.
